JANUARY  2004 NEWSLETTER

Message from your  club President

Greetings,

What a busy time of year. Decorating, baking & shopping. Hopefully you can take time
to enjoy this wonderful time of year.
We just had our Christmas Party. It was a time of fellowship, relaxing & fun. It was nice
to get together & visit with each other.
Coming up in January will be our Joint Meeting with the other Lions Clubs. The date is
January 8th at the Elks. Fellowship is at 6:00 PM, supper at 6:30. Please plan on
attending & getting to know the Lions from the others clubs. Contact Maureen Gorman if
you plan on attending.
We will be having our regular meeting on January 26th. It will be a short meeting.
Please plan on attending. There will be a board meeting first at 6:30. See you there.
Remember Midwinter is coming up. The dates are January 30, 31 & February 1st. If
you only want to go for the day, there will be several members attending. It should be an
informative day.
I would like to wish all of you a Blessed Christmas & Happy New Year!!!
