Don’t forget we are meeting on the 19th as it is Memorial Weekend the next week.  Please bring in all your
orders for Jewelry at that time. Also, I need to know who will be going to School of Instruction.  It’s May
29th at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Rochester.  It starts at 6 pm so anyone who is going needs to meet at
Sauer by 5 pm.  I MUST fax this in May 20th. The total is $15.00, unless you are a new member, then it’s
$10.00.

            Lions Tour :Very educational. Learned a lot of new things
            Leader Dog Tour Next year?  40 minute Tour.  Sue will check into
            Shopko Scholarship .  Julie checked on . Tracy has to turn in herself
            May 17th 7:30 Clean up day at Camp Winnebago if any one would like to attend
            May 29th School of Instruction . Thursday.  e-mail Tracy if would like to attend.
            Will leave around 5:00. At the Radison Hotel in Rochester

New Business .
            Sun Ups are disbanding- some might wish to join another club
            Sponsor a Winnebago room .We feel it would be better for our club to do a  Camper sponsorship
            Bread and Bagel is going out of Business . Keep and eye out for another place to  purchase our Bread Bowls

            Grace Presbyterian Church is have a pie sale May 10th from 9:00 to 12:00
The dessert sign up sheet was sent around. Deserts for next meeting: Julie Monson
Tail Twister  It was decided to give just half the pot for the rest of  the year
Picnic : At Ginny's August 25th. Potluck around 6:00. Ginny will provide beverage and utensils
The May meeting will be May 19th due to Memorial Day being on the 26th
Remember to bring jewelry orders to the May 16th meeting
The orientation committee will put on an orientation demo at the May meeting in place of a speaker. Please
bring any potential members if possible.
