FROM BEHIND THE GAVEL
Hello Ladies-
This is my last message. It’s time to turn the torch
over to someone else. It has been fun for the last two
years, but I need a break. This month has been
flying by. I hope the whole summer doesn’t go that way.
We got our beautiful jewelry back. All of my customers
were very pleased. We will be meeting at Betty Jo’s
for our Banquet. Happy Hour is 6 o:clock sharp!
J PDG Andraschko will be joining us. Well my fellow
Lions, I take my leave as President but will be side
by side with you as a member!

Quest Training , Asking for support - We give at the Parade of
Green. There is no Quest program in
Winona. Nancy Dunbar has spoken with Paul Durand but has not gotten
a response

Service Dog Tours Sue Nielsen will set up for September 2008
10-12 people can attend
School of Instruction in Rochester on May 29th at the Radison Pam,
Sue,Amy and Maureen will attend
NEW BUSINESS
Tracy Braatten has agreed to be the White Cane day Cabinet member Chairperson
Jim and Ida Brand collected $35.25 from Pop tabs for us. We should
send them a Thank-you and Kathy
McGuire should check to see if we have 100.00 for the Ronald McDonald
house.

Amy brought in an article from the Pioneer Press
Ginny and Maureen gave a demonstration of the Orientation Session .
Nancy Dunbar visited our group to decide if she would like to join.
Smart Town Card - $126.72
During the last month we made $6.28 Freedom and Chula Vista
were used the most.
