You will receive one bill for all your HBC services. We issue bills the 2nd of each month. Please note that recurring monthly charges are billed one month in advance.

- E-Billing - Electronic billing allows you to receive your monthly HBC invoices and bill messages via email. These are also viewable online at my.hbci.com.
- E-Pay - Electronic payment allows you to pay your monthly bill anytime of day or night, from the comfort of your own home, through our secure online billing system at my.hbci.com. You don’t have to receive your bills electronically to take advantage of this service. You can get your invoices and pay them anyway you want!
- Online Orders - You can order new service or make changes to your existing service online at http://my.hbci.com/resorder.

- Online - Visit my.hbci.com/billing. You will need your account number and CPNI password to login. If you do not have that information you can get it by stopping into your local office and speaking with a friendly customer service representative.
- Phone - Call your local office at 474- 4000, 932-8000 or 560-4000 You can request your password be mailed to your address of record.
