FEBRUARY 2004 NEWSLETTER
Message from your club President
January 2004
Greetings:
I hope everyone had a Good Christmas & New Years holiday. It sure
goes by in a
rush.
We had a great joint meeting January 8th at the Elks with the other
three Lions
clubs. Maureen Gorman put on a wonderful presentation on screening
newborns
for hearing problems. Hopefully all four clubs can work on getting
some money for
this important screening tool.
Our next meeting is January 26th. We will be having a board meeting
at 6:30,
regular meeting at 7:00. Midwinter is on January 30 through February
1st. Please
plan on attending if you can. It is a fun & informative time getting
together with our
fellow Lions from throughout the district.
See You January 26th
