 The Repeater is located in Winona, MN, (South Central) at 44° 2' 44'' N,    91° 39' 9'' W, on the frequency of 147.2850 with a plus offset, and  a (PL) Tone of 100.0 . It is available for anyone in the area to use. So if you are just passing through, feel free to key it up.

As you probably already know or will figure out, the Repeater is owned by Robert Stark Sr. (NØPDD) and sponsored by Robert Stark Jr. (NØQZU). Although they like to think of themselves as the big guys in the family as far as Ham Radio is concerned, they aren't the only ones who know their stuff. In fact Bob Jr's entire family has their license's. Carol Stark (KBØSYE) is Bob Jr's wife, and has had her license for six years. Michael Stark (NØWRR) is Bob Jr's son has had his license for eight years. The latest addition to the Ham Radio family is Michele Stark (KCØJKS), Bob Jr's daughter.
