What is Winona Pilot Car Service?

We are a nationwide escort for over-dimensional loads based in Southeastern Minnesota.  We employ many CDL drivers with OTR experience and also provide our own In-House training that is above and beyond the certification courses required by states like Virginia and Utah.  All of our vehicles are equipped for High Pole, Lead or Chase and carry Wright Express fuel cards and Comdata Comchecks along with all the required safety and communications equipment.

When is our account due?

We do not charge interest for the first 30 days after a run is completed.  We are generally able to deliver an invoice for a completed job on the day of completion or the next day.  If your bill is not paid within 30 days of the invoice date we will be forced to add a nominal service charge.
