Let me start with where I'm from. Winona, Minnesota is a small town, but it's trying to look more progressive than it really is. It's worth checking it out, I mean it can't be all bad if I like it here.

Oh, I should mention that they run this contest, which I won way back when! It's amazing what caffine, late hours and a warped sense of reality does when you stumble into things on the net.
