It was a bad month with Mike's death and all. Getting out to play somewhere else was a godsend. "Comet" was deemed appropriate for the Ohio Bash. Jack Withers was kind enough to send me this pic from the event, taken on Charity Point. As a point of thanks, please take a look over to the Constant Action Paintball page. Don't worry, I'll still be here when you get back.

The Bash was a great time in the deer suit, kinda. I was supposed to be worth 250 points to eliminate / keep alive, but that fell through. Probably for the better good, because the guys who were supposed to guard me were just not the 'guard' style players. Oh well, that's showbiz. I ended up just being another guy in a deer costume on the field of play. Which is allright, I guess. I did my usual thing of herding people, in a deer costume. (Why do people voluntarily FOLLOW me?!? I just don't know...)

Oh, one other mention as well. The Bash is a Cancer Society Bennefit. There was a drawing, in which I won a brass J&J Barrel and a Tippman Carbine. Both items were immediately auctioned off to the American Cancer Society. I didn't get to raise as much money as I wanted to, but it was enough to make me feel good about it. I'm beginning to think that "Comet" is destined to win lots of prizes specifically to be auctioned for charity. A good fate, I would have to say.
