Mission Statement

Those of us who live in Winona Minnesota and the surrounding area have reason to consider ourselves fortunate. With blufflands guarding our back-side while the Mississippi River flows interminably at the door-step, we should steal a moment. At sunrise in our east, or under the starlit sky, a mirrored rainbow ripples an explosion of color, surreal, the magic of our space, steal a moment, and be thankful.

Feel fortunate and feel blessed, for everything, our enviornment, our culture, our neighbors.

We at the City of Winona Minnesota Street Department focus on a single goal.
The mission of this staff is to head toward a level of service that each day is higher than that of the day before.
