Hi Todd, Here's a brief summary of what I do. I make a mold of the character that I want to make. I use a latex mold that you can buy at any craft/hobby store. The latex mold is a liquid substance that you need to paint on the object in layers. Once it is done you can peel the mold off the object. I let it dry for at least a few days. Next comes the casting part. I use plaster. I mix the plaster with water and pour it into the mold. I let the mix sit for an hour to harden. Once it is done I take the plaster out of the mold and cut a notch with an exacto knife at the rear to fit the PEZ regular. I then let the plaster sit for three days to fully dry. After it is dry, I paint the object and then varnish it if necessary. I use a hot glue gun to glue the object to the PEZ stem. I put the little black shoes on the bottom of the regular to make it stand better. That's it. It is actually time consuming because of the wait period for it to dry in various stages but you can create the items you want. By the way, how did you hear of my Fantasy PEZ? Thanks, Rose
