Accession App Instructions

Installing Accession App:

  1. Open an Internet browser (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari).
  2. Navigate to: http://sps.hbci.com/vm2go/  
  3. Enter your HBC Number and Password to login.
    -The password will be the same one you use to login into VM2-Go. For login credentials please call Wizards Technical Support at (877) 457-9669.
  4. Click on the Apps tab.
  5. Click “On your Computer..
  6. Click the link on the bottom of the page to download the Accession App.
  7. Please wait for Accession to Download.
  8. After downloading, click on accession.exe to start the installation.
  9. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the installation.

Making Calls

  1. Open the Accession Communication app.
  2. Enter your HBC Phone Number and Password to login.
    -The password will be the same one you use to login into VM2-Go. For login credentials please call Wizards Technical Support at (877) 457-9669.
  3. The initial login screen will look similar to this.
  4. Enter the desired phone number to call and then hit Enter on your keyboard.
  5. Your call will then begin.

Sound Settings

  1. Open the Accession Communicator app and login using your HBC Number and Password.
  2. Once logged in, click Tools and then click Options.
  3. Click Audio
  4. Here is where you can adjust the sound settings.
    Microphone—Will make your voice louder to the caller.
    In-Call Audio—Will make the caller’s voice louder.
    Notifications—Will make calls, texts, and messages louder on the computer.
