Concordia’s long-range shooting too much for SMU men

The Concordia College men’s basketball team knocked down 10 3-pointers en route to a 74-49 victory over Saint Mary’s at SMU Gym on Saturday.

Jake Rhyner scored a career-high 14 points for SMU (4-16, 1-14 MIAC), while Will Swiggum added nine and Zach Hinrichs and Connor Kaiser each pitched in six as the Cardinals fell to 2-8 at home.

Tom Fraase scored a game-high 16 on the strength of four 3-balls for Concordia (12-7, 8-6).
