16th Ranked Warrior Women topple MN-Crookston

WINONA, Minn. – The Winona State University women’s basketball team blew past the Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagles last night 80-56 in a Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) tilt played at Mc Cown Gymnasium.

The Warriors, currently ranked 16th nationally, shot 57 percent from the field to improve to 11-2 overall and 6-1 in the NSIC. Jenny Tuttle lead the Warriors with 17 points on 7 of 10 shooting. Tara Roelofs finished with 14 points, Hannah McGlone notched her third straight double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds, and Kayla Timmerman poured in 10 points.
