Winona Municipal Band Concerts

Enjoy the magic of summer evenings in the park with Winona Municipal Band Concert in the Park replays on HBC TV 25! Enjoy the sights and sounds of one of the region’s oldest and most cherished musical traditions, featuring talented local musicians performing a variety of classic and contemporary pieces. Whether you missed a concert or just want to experience the music again, tune in to HBC TV 25 and let the Winona Municipal Band bring the park concert experience right into your home. Concert in the Park replays air at 4:00 p.m. Wednesdays and 6:00 p.m. Sundays June through August.

HBC Channel 20: Public Service Announcements (PSAs)

HBC Channel 20 is your community’s open access channel, providing free Public Service Announcements (PSAs) for non-profit organizations looking to share messages or promote community events. Submit your information to appear on HBC TV 20, where static slide announcements are broadcast to local HBC customers.

Participation is open to all—no HBC subscription required. PSAs are updated weekly, but to guarantee inclusion, please submit your announcement at least two weeks before your event date. Be sure to review all requirements and file specifications before submitting.

Ready to share your message? Review the guidelines below and include your contact information when submitting your PSA.

  • Do not include ticket or event prices in your submission.
  • No references to alcohol or tobacco are permitted.
  • HBC reserves the right to refuse or edit submissions at its discretion.
  • Limit text to 30 words per slide for readability.
  • Use font sizes no smaller than 36 pt.
  • Export PowerPoint slides as .jpg files before submitting.
  • Word documents and PDFs are not accepted.
  • Image dimensions: 800 px wide x 480 px high.
