HBC was started in 1997 as an expansion of another telecommunications project, Luminet, which was created to support and connect various education, government, and healthcare facilities within Winona. While we have expanded beyond these initial plans, we still operate with the same mission—to enhance and enrich the lives of those we serve.
Throughout the years we have expanded our services to include more than 30 communities, introduced our Air and AirMax services to serve our rural customers, and built future-proof all fiber-optic networks!
We have been working hard to make this a great year with a ton of exciting events, announcements, and giveaways for you to look forward to—including our Winona Fiber-to-the-Premise Project! You can learn more about this project here.
