Winona, MN – Local high school graduations, parades, and concerts highlight HBC TV 25’s summer schedule that was released today. TV 25, Winona’s only local television channel, is operated by Hiawatha Broadband Communications, Inc. and available exclusively to HBC TV subscribers.
TV 25 will provide live broadcasts of three high school graduations this year beginning Friday, May 24, with Cotter High School commencement at 6:00 p.m. Other live broadcasts include Wabasha-Kellogg High School commencement Sunday, June 2, at 2:00 p.m., and Winona Senior High School commencement Friday, June 7, at 7:30 p.m.
Local parade coverage begins with the 77th annual Steamboat Days Grande Parade broadcast at Noon on Sunday, June 16. Other scheduled parade broadcasts are Goodview Days on Sunday, August 18, at 1:00 p.m., and St. Charles Gladiolus Days Parade on Sunday, August 25, at 1:00 p.m.
HBC TV 25 will be on hand when the Winona Municipal Band kicks off its annual “Concert in the Park” series at the Lake Park Band Shell on Wednesday, June 12. TV 25 will record each performance with replays scheduled Sunday and Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m.
In addition to these great local events, HBC TV 25 is also pleased to broadcast St. Paul Saints minor league baseball and Minnesota Vixen women’s professional football. The Saints are members of the International League and are the Triple-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins. The TV 25 schedule includes 52 games throughout the 2024 season.
The Vixen are members of the American Conference of the Women’s Football Alliance (WFA). TV 25 will carry a total of six broadcasts through Town Square Television in Eden Prairie, MN.
