Setting up your HBC Email Address:

1. Select File then Add Account.
2. Enter your email address then click Connect.
3. Select IMAP.
4. Use the following settings for the IMAP Account Setting window and click Next when finished:
   • Incoming mail
     • Server: email.hbci.com
     • Port: 993
     • Encryption Method: SSL/TLS
   • Outgoing mail
     • Server: email.hbci.com
     • Port: 587
     • Encryption Method: STARTTLS
5. Enter your password and then click Connect.
6. You will receive a message that your account has been successfully added. Select Done and your email account is now set up.

Accessing your Settings

1. Select File, then Account Settings, then Account Settings again from the drop down menu.
2. Double click your email from the list to make edits and then click Change to apply your updates.

-Older editions of Outlook windows might be slightly different but settings will be the same.
